You can come in and see us at the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane or Gold Coast.
Pre-paying your blank before your appointment means you will be able to review it prior to fabrication.
We don’t require the full payment – you can place a deposit of $50 online and finalise the rest when you come to collect your mouthguard.

Club
If you are club, we may have recently visited you and arranged to take impressions at your location.
HEALTHFUND FRIENDLY

Pre-paying your blank before your appointment means you will be able to review it prior to fabrication.
We don’t require the full payment – you can place a deposit of $50 online and finalise the rest when you come to collect your mouthguard.
Your club will advise the date.
Once we have your deposit, you will be offered a particular time – if there are a lot of people participating we like to stagger the times so you don’t end up waiting a long time.
If you pay your deposit online you may complete your payment on the day in cash or card. We will return your mouthguard to the club on the specified date unless you wish it to be shipped directly to you.
